BURTON M. SUNDIN, MD
Born in Virginia Beach, Dr. Sundin is a native of Virginia. He is a graduate of the Norfolk Academy and went on from there to attend Duke University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke in 1993. He received a degree in both Biology and Art history. He continued his career , becoming a triple graduate of Duke University, having completed medical school at Duke University Medical Center in 1997 and his residency in Plastic Surgery at Duke in 2003.
Dr. Sundin is trained in all forms of plastic surgery and has completed two advanced fellowships. He is a graduate of the world-renowned Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery where he completed a dedicated hand surgery fellowship. He has also completed an advanced cosmetic surgery fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham,under the guidance of one of the fathers of modern plastic and cosmetic surgery, Dr. Luis Vasconez.

REPS B. SUNDIN, MD
Dr. Reps Sundin is trained in all aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery, and specializes in aesthetic surgery. He is one of the few plastics surgeons to undergo formal fellowship training in cosmetic surgery. His areas of interest include all areas of cosmetic surgery, most specifically, facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, body contouring, and breast surgery.
A native of Virginia, Dr. Sundin was raised in Virginia Beach. He attended Norfolk Academy, where he graduated with honors. He then attended Georgetown University where he was elected into the honor society, Phi Beta Kappa, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Biology. While at Georgetown, Dr. Sundin did several years of cellular research focusing on breast cancer at the Lombardi Cancer Center. He then went on to receive an academic scholarship to attend the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, which is consistently ranked as one of the top hospitals in the country. While in medical school, Dr. Reps Sundin was elected as vice president of the exclusive medical school honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha.
